Code of Ethics

Ethics are an integral part of who we are as humans. When we follow the moral code we have set for ourselves, we ethically live our lives and positively impact those around us.

Below is the code of ethics I have established for myself that I hope to emulate in my professional career and in my personal life.

Compassion

Motivated by concern for others, compassion is the lending hand that is never seen asking for a gift in return.

Accountability

Doing what you say you'll do is an integral part of credibility. Accountability gets the job done.

Civility

Often used out of context but never unimportant, civility always shows understanding and humility.

Inclusivity

Inclusivity understands the power of unity... and works every day to ensure it.

Truth

Deserved by all, truth's innate way of surfacing makes communication flow.

Calmness

When words become harsh or loud, respect is compromised. The only true way to ethically communicate is by being calm.
